Enquiries

When you submit the Work With Me form, we collect your name, email address, social profile, project details and selected support level. We use this information only to review and respond to your enquiry, discuss a possible working relationship and keep an appropriate business record of that conversation.

Free guide delivery

When you request the free guide, we use your email address only to deliver the free PDF guide and for abuse prevention. You are not added to a newsletter or marketing list.

Product reviews

When you submit a Cinematic LUT Pack review, we collect your name, star rating and review text to assess your feedback. Submissions are reviewed before publication; your name, rating and review may be shown on the product page with your consent. Submitting a review does not verify a purchase. You may request removal by emailing hello@alexmegino.com.

Form provider and retention

Enquiry and review forms are processed by Formspree, which sends submissions to hello@alexmegino.com. On the current plan, Formspree keeps submissions in its dashboard for 30 days. Email notifications and any subsequent correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to handle enquiries and reviews and meet legitimate business or legal record-keeping needs.

Purchases and Stripe

When you purchase a digital product, Stripe processes the checkout and payment. Stripe may collect your name, email address, billing information, payment method details and transaction information under its own privacy policy. Alex Megino receives purchase and payment status information needed to fulfil the order, but does not receive or store your full card details.

Payment and fulfilment

We use your email address, Checkout Session and event identifiers, payment status and fulfilment record to deliver the product, prevent duplicate delivery and provide customer support. After a successful payment, the system emails a signed download link that expires after seven days. The product archive is not published at a permanent public URL.

Service providers and retention

Stripe provides payment processing; Formspree processes enquiry and review forms; and the website host and email provider support hosting and delivery. Purchase and fulfilment records may be retained for customer support, fraud prevention, accounting and applicable legal obligations. Expired download links can be replaced after the original purchase is verified.

Other website data

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. Essential technical logs may be processed by the hosting provider for security and operation of the site.

Your choices

Your information is not sold. To ask what information is held about you, request a correction or request deletion where applicable, email hello@alexmegino.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.
